1881 Census; (age 23) living with parents and siblings (not entered onto db) at Lyddyne (?), Llangniew, Montgomeryshire. Also 1 domestic servant and 3 farm servants.
1891 Census; Wife, children and in-laws living in Llangyniew, but he not there on census night. Can't find him elsewhere.
1901 Census; Living (aged 44) at Norton Cottages, Wroxeter, Shropshire as 'Farmers Son' with wife, children and father-in-law.
1911 Census (transcript); Living (aged 55) at Wrentnall, Shrops (Church Pulverbatch Parish) with wife, brother and 6 children. Occupation; Farmer. PoB here is 'Llanfair'. From Thomas jnrs War Memorial entry we see this is "Wrentnall Farm, Pontesford".
A Thomas Evans b~1855 died in Atcham Q2 1914, possibly this is him.
Thomas married Sarah Ann POWELL, daughter of George# POWELL and Mary Ann# WILLIAMS. (Sarah Ann POWELL was born in 1866 in Clodock, Herefordshire.)
