  Notes:

1841 Census there is an Ann Foster (60) living at house of Clara Mannall (40 - daughter?) and her family at Cross St., St.George's Parish, Southwark. Could be her. Occupation; 'Ind'ependent means. But there is another possibility in St Savior (also Southwark) 4 females living with her - all could be children (although the youngest is only 3!). Again 'Ind'ependent means. However BOTH these records say born in the county, even though we know our person wasn't !

1851 Census; (age 68?) living in South Street, Dorking, Surrey with daughter's family. Name looks more like Fortin on here.

1861 Census (age 78) living East St (?), Dorking with daughter, son-in-law, and 5 grand children. Name not v legibile - might be incorrect, but know is correct due to John Foster.

A number of possibles for death on free index, but non in Dorking or Surrey.
