Got as Peter's wife from marriages in familysearch.co.uk. and later forename confirmed by '41 census. Stephen Lewis birth cert would doubly confirm however and her death cert would help narrow down DoB (ages rounded in 1841 census).
1841 Census (age ~40) living at No5 something Place, Kennington, Lambeth, Surrey with husband, children and 2 others (perhaps lodgers, perhaps servants - both female ages 18 and 20).

In 1851 Cenus Peter's wife is Mary A., but this must be second wife as she is 36 and oldest child is 24. However know which children are which due to 'step son' entries on '61 census.
