Resided at Gloucester Co, Virginia. and at 'Hesse', Middlesex Co, Virginia. He was a member of the House of Burgesses between 1728 and 134 at Virginia. Died sometime after 13 Jun 1746.

Henry married Martha BURWELL, daughter of Col. Lewis# BURWELL and Abigail SMITH. (Martha BURWELL was christened on 16 Nov 1685.)
