I'm presuming for now that he is the Arthur Leslie Charrington born Q3 1860 Middx, which matches with;
1881 Census; Living as brother (aged 20, unmarried) at Fernside, Princes Road, Wandsworth with 2xsisters, brother (Frederick who is 'Head'), brother in law, 2 x visitors, 3 nieces and 11 servants. Occupation; Brewery Pupil. PoB: Mile End, Middx.
