Named in fathers will. Married surname originally looked like 'Lynn' or similar, but decided was Syms after finding this marriage, could be wrong tho'. Found chr on IGI dau of 'Peter Griffiths and Margaret'. St Antholins was actually on WATLING ST, but was pulled down before the date shown, presumably it was (like St Thomas Apostle) united with St Mary Aldermary.

In 1841 there is a David Syms (50, Accountant) and Margaret Syms (45) living (I think as boarders) at 75 Cannon St., St Mary Abchurch, Middlesex. This could just about be them, although strictly speaking Margaret would be 50 and rounded down to the nearest 5 this will still be 50, not 45. Oh, it is them because ....
