Found bapt in NYCRO; Askrigg bapt; Margaret, bapt 4 Jul 1691, dau of John Kilburne of Worton.
Backed up by Michelle Chamberlain info.

A Margaret Kilburne married an Edward Rawlin 22 Mar 1716 at Welbury. This could be 'our' Margaret (she'd be 25) but I can't see why she'd get married in Welbury rather than Askrigg, albeit it's not that far away.
