Checked for siblings to Jane in Askrigg bapt records 1746-1761 and found none.

NYCRO; Found burial record in Askrigg; 3 Dec 1790, Alexander Kilburn of Worton.
Possibly this is his wifes burial, but could be another dau;
11 Aug 1800 Askrigg Burial; Alice Kilburn of Worton.

Wife mdn name and marriage date from Michelle Chamberlain.

There was also an Askrigg burial for a John Kilburn of Borwins, 21 May 1822, which could be his son, or not.
And an Askrigg burial 5 May 1833 for an Alexander Kilburn of Borwins, son of George and Mary Kilburn - could be a grandson.
And an Askrigg burial 3 Oct 1835 for Elizabeth Kilburn of Greensley Bank, relict of Alexander Kilburn.

Alexander# married Alice?# HANLEY in 1751 in Aysgarth, Yorkshire. (Alice?# HANLEY died in 1800 and was buried on 11 Aug 1800 in Askrigg, N Yorks.)
