From Barbara Berry;
James Sclanders Warden (1814-1890) married in 1843 in Liverpool (he was also a mariner) and produced 6 children, the eldest being (another) James Sclanders Warden (1845-1907) - he was a well respected Liverpool Mersey pilot and wrote articles on tidal activities around the UK. He had 7 children, one of whom - Margaret Warden - was Barbara Berry's grandmother.
