1901 Census ; not with rest of family. Presumably he is the Frederick Walker, 17, born in Hampstead who is a boarder at The Precinct, Christchurch, Kent, several male teenage boarders, but doesn't strike me as enough for a school. Head of household is a CoE Clergyman.
