The YoB and PoB are of the only Frances Titheradge on the 1901 census, and she IS the sister of the popular actress Madge Titheradge.

COULD she be the Frances A M Griffiths born circa 1881 who died in Ludlow in 1921?

On Feb 19 1951 at a London Nursing Home Frances Mary (Yanie) Griffiths adored sister of Eve Cochrane, Madge Park & Nina Titheradge beloved friend of Eileen Hooton-Smith. Funeral at 11.30 am tomorrow from Oak House, Oxshott. Cremation at St John's Woking.

Frances married Oswald Powis GRIFFITHS, son of Stephen Lewis# GRIFFITHS and Katharine Isabel# POWIS, Q2 1910 in Hampstead, London. (Oswald Powis GRIFFITHS was born on 23 Jul 1886 in Fairthorn, Ryde, Isle of Wight and died q4 1961 in Bristol.)
