1871 census (age 10) living in Islington with parents and siblings.

1881 Census (age 20) incorrectly indexed on ancestry as 'Bakman'. Living with widowed mother, 5 sisters and 1 visitor (Edward Bayess?, 28, Physcian) and 4 servants at 13 Canonbury Lane, Islington. Unmarried.

From Wendy H; The Times July 15 1882; Marriages; On the 12th inst at St Saviour's, Aberdeen Park by the Rev Geo.Beilby MA (qv) cousin of the bride, assisted by the Rev J Allen Bell MA Vicar of Hayling Island, Hants, CHRISTOPHER ST JOHN WRIGHT MB FRCS of Priors Marston, Warwickshire to AGNES LOUISA daughter of the late HENRY BATEMAN FRCS of 13 Canonbury Lane N.

1882 The Medical Times and Gazette "Christopher St. John Wright, MB, MC Aber., MRCS. Eng., L.S.A., to the Workhouse and Infirmary. ..."

1884 The Lancet contains the text "On the 26th nit, the wife of Dr. C. St. John Wright, ..."

1891 Census (age 30) is living with husband and children at St.Mary Islington Workhouse Infirmary, where husband is supervising surgeon & GP.

Essex Newsman; Sat 17 Mar 1900; House Parlour Maid wanted, immediately, about 18; been out before; good character. Apply Mrs St John Wright, Felsted, Chelmsford, Essex.

1901 census (age 40) living in Felstead Village, Essex with husband and 3 sons.

In 1902 Mrs.C.St.J.Wright played the character 'Miss Ophelia Lovelace' in a "home grown comic operetta The Abbot of Leez" at Felsted School, the named cast seem to be mainly members of staff. As we also have picture of her in graduation outfit I wonder if she taught at Felsted in some capacity ?

1911 Census; Living as widowed head (age 50) at 12 Bedford Avenue, Bexhill with dau Kate St J Wright and a servant. Occupation; Private Means.

Changed YoB due to Anne St J W records.

Largely raised grandaugter Ann after her mother died.

I couldn't find her death record ANYWHERE on ancestry - but Wendy did !

Agnes married Dr. Christopher St John # WRIGHT MB, FRCS, LSA, son of John Pirkins# WRIGHT and Mary Anne# RANDS, on 12 Jul 1882 in St.Saviour's, Aberdeen Park, Islington, London. (Dr. Christopher St John # WRIGHT MB, FRCS, LSA was born on 23 Mar 1854 in Priors Marston, Warwickshire and died Q1 1911 in Battle, Sussex.)
