1861 Census;living as head in Claythorpe, Lincs with wife, grandson Charles Blanchard, son-in-law George Caborn and married daughter Emma Caborn. Occupation; Farmer of about 20 acres. There is a Thomas F Blanchard (age 32) living in what appears to be same house, but with his own family this is presumably his son.

Died by '71 as wife is widow by then.

Christopher married Ann. (Ann was born in 1801 in Swaby, Lincolnshire.)
