Birth cert for children would give mdn name.

1841 Census; Living (aged ~30) in Dunholme, Lincs with husband and 4 (presumably) children (Rasdalland Rebecca who also appears in '51 and Mary and Jane who do not).

1851 Census; Living (aged 43) at Nelson Ryland Hamlet, Welton, Lincs. with husband and children.

1861 Census; Living (aged 59?? clear but doesnt match) at Ryland Hamlet, Welton, Lincs with husband and 3 children. Occupation; Ag Lab. PoB here looks like Stow, Lincs. Could she be a second wife coincidentally called Sarah?

1871 Census; no obvious match.

1881 Census; few vague possibles in latitude on PoB and YoB, but suspect she is dead.

Sarah# married Anthony# WALKER. (Anthony# WALKER was born in 1809 in Welton, Lincolnshire and died Q1 1893 in Lincoln, Lincs..)
